It's Not Easy

This series is my ode to green. I love how he goes from wistful to imperious to contemplative in the space of about fifteen seconds. Oh, and happy due date to Aunt Lil!!!

For goldfish and cars and choo choos and cupcakes, no doubt!

Serious Matters

When Tate is not flashing a grin, he is a very serious little baby.

Fringe Benefits

West has a pretty dreamy set of eyelashes - the perfect frame for those ridiculous eyes.

Sweetie Pie

It doesn't get much sweeter than this. Tate doesn't smile - he grins.

Sage Advice

This kimono onesie is more of a seafoam but that doesn't translate to a clever post title so sage it is!

Fuzzy Fuzzy Fuzzy

Fuzzy Fuzzy Fuzzy is the name of one of West's favorite books. It now doubles as a descriptor for Tate's blue jacket.

Well Lettered

Tate rolled over yesterday at a mere 8 weeks of age - a full 2+ weeks earlier than West - so I felt the need to showcase some of West's many talents. You know, just to balance things out a bit. According to Maggie, his primary caregiver on weekdays, West can count to ten in not one, not two, but three languages (Mandarin, Spanish, and English) and he knows his ABCs forwards AND backwards. Not bad for a just-barely-two-year-old! He also climbed out of his crib for the first time today during nap time, which we discovered when he called from the hallway "Mommy! What doing?" but we'll ignore that milestone for now and focus on the extreme cuteness of letters and numbers said in a sing song baby voice. West has been treating us to his own special mash-up of ABC/1-2-3 for a few weeks and I can attest that it is absolutely adorable. This is the closest I've come to capturing its cuteness since he refuses to perform on demand - it's not very musical but you get the picture. This piece is hardly visually arresting - I had to film without West seeing me - but I think the audio more than makes up for the lack of eye candy. Enjoy!
