Beachy Keen

This is why we live in San Francisco. Where else can you play in a stream leading to the ocean, watch seals caper among the waves, enjoy more than your daily recommended amount of fiber, and rock a fierce sandbeard - all while admiring the Golden Gate Bridge in the background? Did I mention that it's a 15 minute bike ride from our house? With a souped up playground en route? Ah, city living!

West seems to have taken a break from dancing - sightings are much less frequent these days and you are more likely to catch him climbing flights of stairs or, well, eating. Still, I managed to capture these two very brief clips recently - all for your viewing pleasure. And mine, of course.
